Disney Lorcana TCG Set Release Notes: Hyperia City
Ravensburger's release notes for the Disney Lorcana set Hyperia City cover its rules changes and new mechanics. The headline addition is the ink drop, a counter rather than a card, granted by cards such as the 6-cost song Higitus Figitus, which gives 3.
Whenever you pay an ink cost, you can remove ink drops from your inkwell to pay 1 ink each, mixing them with ink cards however you like. Drops are removed when used rather than exerted, and there's no limit to how many you can hold. Printed drops come in booster packs, but dice or other markers work too.
The Comprehensive Rules also get a new section on counters. The full rules are at DisneyLorcana.com/Resources.
